K I N D sacks, our version of a heat pack, to soothe those aches and pains.

With a removable cover for ease of washing.

This is a gift of kindness. Kindness to you or your loved ones to soothe those aches. Kindness to the tween or teen in your life who may have started their period. Kindness to the parents and grandparents who may have their fair share of pain. The kind sacks are for anyone needing relief from aches, twinges and soreness.

Inside every K I N D sack are clean premium lupins. These Aussie grown legumes offer fabulous heat retaining properties, ensuring your kind sack keeps on soothing and keeps on helping those aches and pains. Even better Lupins don't sweat when heated or give off any odour. Get yours today and support a growing Australian crop best known for its nutrition properties - and fabulous in our K I N D sacks!

These K I N D sacks are available in fun designs with a removable cover. Choose from 2 designs in the regular size - rainbow and garden sloth pale aqua (36cm x 15cm $25 each).

Made with 100% cotton fabric.

Cover is removable so you can pop it in the washing machine when it gets manky.

Made in-house by the team here at Kindness street in Melbourne.

Heating instructions: Each K I N D sack comes with a warning tag that complies with the Australian Standard for microwavable heat packs, and instructions for heating - the tag is located on the inner bag holding the lupins. Do not overheat K I N D sack. Follow instructions on the tag and adjust heating time depending on the strength of your microwave. Can also be used as an ice pack by placing in the freezer in a plastic bag for a minimum of 45 minutes.
