All of our products are shipped with Australia Post, which include tracking.

Registered Australia Post Parcel Post - $6.95

Regular parcel service delivers in an estimated 2 or more business days. Delivery times will vary depending on lodgement and destination points. View more information on delivery times to your area.

Shipping Upgrade options:

- Australia Post Express Post Upgrade - $9.95

Next business day delivery once dispatched.

 In-person pickup available in Revesby, NSW. Please email us to discuss pickup time and address.

We are not responsible for any late, lost or damaged items once they are in the hands of Australia Post.

Returns

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and product quality at The Handmade Baby Boutique. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange or store credit. As all sales are final, we are unable to offer a refund due to change of mind.

Our products are inspected and carefully packaged prior to being posted. If an item arrives damaged or faulty we will happily provide a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable we will issue a store credit or an exchange. In the case of an item arriving damaged or faulty please contact us via email ASAP providing a description and photos of the damaged or faulty goods. Please note all postage costs associated with an exchange or return must be covered by the customer.

We are unable to offer refunds, store credit or exchanges on finalised digital items.

As I am a busy Mum, turn around time is 1-3 business days. If you require an item urgently please contact us to discuss and we will do our best to prioritise your order.

Many of our products here at The Handmade Baby Boutique are pre purchased from other handmade small businesses and are therefore ready to be shipped. 

Items made by myself are made to order and have a 1-3 business day turnaround time.

We happily offer wholesale discounts on all of our milestone cards, flatly cards, positive affirmation cards and prints. Please contact us to discuss pricing and options.
